Lens Division – Guo Xitai: Showed exceptional initiative in May by working extra hours to meet goals despite understaffing; proactively addressed anomalies to ensure production line yield rates surpassed targets.
Lens Division – Xi Panming: Improved efficiency in pre-coating processes; highly cooperative, willingly transferred to support understaffed coating teams and trained new hires.
Lens Division – Cai Shaoru: Adapted to role changes, transitioning from bonding supervisor to managing pre-coating processes without hesitation, and stepped up to assist during staffing shortages.
Quality Department – Tian Peipei: Played a key role in reducing defective products and standardizing procedures, bridging communication between lens and assembly production. Proactively identified issues and sought solutions like sample approvals, driving a 4% reduction in defect rates for four components.
This recognition provides replicable success models for other employees, elevating overall team capabilities.
